Questions about plans?
How is a "connected service" counted?
A connected service is one external system Pulse manages on your behalf — for example a Microsoft 365 tenant, a SIP carrier, a Teams tenant, or a ticketing integration. Each tier allows a different number; you can always upgrade.
Can we start on Essentials and upgrade later?
Yes. All upgrades are non-destructive — your blueprints, identity mappings and history carry over. Most customers start small and scale as their rollout grows.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes, with a discount. Monthly is also available on Essentials and Business. Enterprise is annual.
Is there a free trial?
We prefer a guided 14-day pilot on a real tenant over a sandbox trial — it's faster and you see the tool with your data. Drop us a line to set one up.
