What is the difference between Pulse and Phone?
Pulse is the admin control plane — where you provision users, manage SIP trunks and configure Teams policies. Phone is the end-user calling app that lives inside Microsoft Teams. Most customers use both together.Do we need Microsoft Teams to use CallerConnect?
Teams is optional. Pulse manages your voice and identity stack either way. Phone specifically requires Microsoft Teams for your end users. What integrations do you support?
Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Azure Communication Services, common SIP carriers, and most major CRMs via our open API and webhooks.Onboarding
